14 DAY REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your painting
and wish to return it, please notify me straight away.
Should
you decide to return your painting, this must be done within 14 days. It must be
packaged in the same or similar packaging it arrived in and be fully insured
against damages (should the painting be damaged during transit, you will be
responsible for claiming from the courier) Paintings returned would be at your
own expense. I do not refund postage costs for returned artwork.
Once the painting is
received and it is deemed to be in resalable condition, a full refund will be
made minus delivery costs. I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the refund.
Should any painting arrive in a damaged condition, please contact me immediately
so that I can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Sale or stock clearance
items are non refundable or exchangeable.

PRIVACY
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be handled by the artist's customer service representative. No
information about visitors to this site is ever given out to third parties,
only the artist and hosting provider (123 reg) have access to server logs
holding this data. Information about an individual may be held once a purchase
is made to assist in the sales, delivery, after sales and marketing aspects of
our service, this information will not be given out to third parties for any
purpose other than required by law.
Card Information
Credit card information is not held by the artist at all. Online transactions are made
